1. What Xyora is & No Endorsement

Xyora is an open directory where brands list themselves and get discovered. Anyone can browse it. Brands appear with a website link, logo, banner and a YouTube video, and are ranked by contribution.

Xyora is an open directory. Listing a name does not mean it is affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by Xyora, or by any creator or company mentioned. Each listing is the responsibility of the person who submitted it.

Xyora is a showcase platform. We are not a marketplace, a seller, an agent or an advisor for any brand listed here.

2. Free and Paid Listings

Xyora offers a free listing and a paid listing. The first 100 free listings are available while spots last. Free listings are reviewed by an admin before they appear publicly, and we may approve or reject any listing at our discretion. Free listings appear below paid listings.

3. Paid Listings and Ranking

Paid listings start from $1 USD (maximum $999,999 per payment). Ranking is based on total contribution: a higher amount ranks higher. Rankings may change as others contribute. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, are final, and are non-refundable except in case of a technical or billing error.

• Rankings are not fixed. When another brand contributes more, it can move above you and your position goes down. This can happen at any time.
• We don’t promise you any particular rank, or that you’ll hold a rank for any length of time.
• A higher rank means more visibility. It does not guarantee clicks, customers, sales, revenue or any other result.

4. Ownership and Impersonation

You may list only a name, logo, website or content that you own or are authorised to use. You may not impersonate any person, creator, brand or company. Fan or unofficial pages are allowed only if clearly described as “Unofficial” or “Fan page”. Listings that impersonate or mislead may be removed without notice and without refund.

• You confirm that everything you submit is true, accurate and yours to use.
• You are responsible for everything you submit, including your logo, banner, text and video link.

5. Removal and Listing Permanence

Listings are generally permanent. However, we may remove or disable any listing for impersonation, rights violations, legal complaints, spam, or breach of these terms. To request removal, write to xyora526@gmail.com. We aim to review requests within 72 hours.

Please double-check every detail before you submit or pay. Once approved or processed, changes cannot be made except via removal request or creating a new listing.

6. Payments

Every payment is in US dollars (USD). The minimum payment is $1 and the maximum is $999,999 per payment. You may make more than one payment.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Their terms and policies apply to your payment too. We never see or store your card details. You’ll be asked for your full name and email address, which we use for receipts and payment checks.

Taxes or bank and card charges that apply to your payment are your responsibility.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where we have made a clear error on our side, such as a duplicate charge. If you think a charge is wrong, connect with us on X at @xyora01 or email us at xyora526@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.

Contributions are not a loan, a deposit, an investment or a purchase of shares. You receive visibility on the platform, nothing more.

7. Supporting a brand

Anyone can contribute to a listed brand to help it climb the ranking. By doing so you agree that:

• The payment is a voluntary contribution and is final,
• You get no ownership, rights, return or special status in return,
• The brand’s ranking can still go up or down afterwards.

7. Videos and content

Only YouTube links are accepted. We store the video ID and play the video with YouTube’s official player. We don’t download, copy or re-upload videos.

Our use of YouTube’s player is also subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Some videos can’t be embedded because the owner has restricted it. If that happens, the video may not play on Xyora, and that doesn’t entitle you to a refund.

Videos go live straight away. We don’t pre-approve them. You must not submit anything that is explicit, sexual, illegal, hateful, violent, deceptive, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may remove any video, image or listing content at any time, without notice, if we believe it breaks these Terms or the law, or if it is reported to us. If a video is removed, the rest of your listing stays live. No refund is given for removed content.

Anyone can report a listing, and we review the reports we receive.

8. Sharing on our social media

If you tick the consent box at registration, you allow Xyora to share your video link on our social media channels, including X (@xyora01), to help promote your brand. We share the link only and don’t re-upload the video.

This consent is optional. Leaving it unticked doesn’t change your listing or ranking. We don’t promise that any particular post will be made, or that it will reach any number of people.

9. Telling people you’re on Xyora

You’re welcome to say, “We’re listed on Xyora.” Please do not suggest that Xyora endorses, partners with, sponsors or recommends your brand. A listing is a paid placement, not an endorsement.

10. What you give us permission to do

You keep all ownership of your brand, logo, banner and content. By submitting them, you give Xyora a free, worldwide, non-exclusive right to display, store and promote them on the platform and on our social accounts, for as long as your listing exists. You confirm that you have every right needed to give us this permission.

11. Using Xyora fairly

Please don’t:

• Break or try to break into the platform, or interfere with how it runs,
• Use bots, scripts or tricks to copy our data or manipulate rankings,
• Register fake, misleading or copied brands,
• Use someone else’s name, logo or brand without permission,
• Use Xyora for anything illegal.

12. Third-party links and services

Listings link to outside websites, videos and services. We don’t own, check or control them. Visiting them is your choice and your risk. We aren’t responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices, or for any deal you make with a listed brand.

13. No promises

Xyora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. We don’t promise any results, traffic, ranking or sales from using Xyora. We may pause, change or stop any part of the platform, including new registrations, at any time.

14. Limit of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• Xyora and its owner are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, lost data or damage to reputation.
• Our total responsibility to you for any claim related to Xyora will not be more than the amount you paid us for the payment that the claim relates to.
• We are not responsible for what brands publish, for anything that happens on third-party sites, or for events outside our control such as outages at our hosting, payment, video or internet providers.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under law that can’t be limited.

15. If a claim comes against us

You agree to protect Xyora and its owner against any claim, loss, cost or legal expense arising from content you submit, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of someone else’s rights. This includes reasonable legal fees.

16. Ending access

We may remove a listing’s content or restrict access to Xyora if someone breaks these Terms or the law. This doesn’t entitle anyone to a refund.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the effective date at the top when we do. Using Xyora after an update means you accept the new version.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before any legal step, we ask that you reach out to us first on X at @xyora01 so we can try to sort it out directly.
