Hi, and thanks for being here. This page tells you, in plain words, what information Xyora collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. No legal maze, just the honest version.
The short version
- •You don’t need an account or a password to use Xyora.
- •We never see or store your card details. Our payment partner handles that.
- •We collect only what we need to run your listing and process your payment.
- •We never sell your personal information.
Information You Submit
When you register (free or paid), we collect the details you provide: name, website, logo, YouTube link, category, country and contact email. Listing details are shown publicly on the directory. Your email is not shown publicly.
Free Listings
Free listings are reviewed by an admin before publishing. Rejected submissions may be deleted.
Content Rights
Do not submit personal information of any other individual without their permission. We remove such content on request at xyora526@gmail.com.
1. Why we show your video (and why it’s good for you)
Xyora exists to get your brand seen. That’s our whole job.
When you add a YouTube video to your listing, we play it on our platform so that more people discover your brand, watch your content, and head over to your website or channel. More eyes on your video means more reach for you. That’s the reason we ask for it, and it’s the only reason we use it.
We play your video using YouTube’s official player. We never download it, copy it, or re-upload it. The video stays on your YouTube channel, and all views and credit stay with you.
2. What we collect
When you register a brand, you give us:
- Your brand name, website URL, category and a short description
- Your logo and banner image
- A YouTube video link (we keep only the video ID, never the video itself)
- Your choice on whether we may share your video link on our social media
This is business information you’re choosing to make public. It appears openly on Xyora.
When you pay (to register or to support a brand), we collect:
- Your full name and email address
- The amount, currency and status of the payment
We use your name and email for receipts and payment checks. We never show them publicly.
Automatically, when you visit:
Basic technical details such as IP address, browser, device type and pages visited. These help us keep the site secure, stop abuse and fix problems.
3. What we don’t collect
- Card or bank details: Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. Your card information goes straight to them and never touches our servers.
- Passwords: Xyora has no login system.
- Your videos: We only embed the YouTube player using the video ID.
4. How we use your information
- To publish and show your brand listing
- To calculate and update rankings
- To process payments and send receipts
- To share your video link on our social accounts, only if you gave permission
- To review reports, remove harmful content and prevent fraud or misuse
- To answer your questions and improve the platform
- To meet our legal and accounting duties
5. Payments
All payments on Xyora are in US dollars (USD) and are processed by Dodo Payments. They have their own privacy policy and security practices, and your payment is also subject to their terms. We encourage you to read them on their website.
6. Sharing on our social media
If you tick the consent box when you register, we may share your video link on our X account (@xyora01). The goal is simple: bring more people to your brand. We share the link only. We never re-upload your video, and we never share your name or email. You can leave the box unticked, and your listing works exactly the same.
7. How long we keep things
- Brand listings are permanent: That’s how Xyora works, and we explain it before you register.
- Payment records: (name, email, amount) are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons.
- Technical logs: are kept for a limited time for security.
8. How we protect your information
We use encrypted connections, access controls and trusted providers to keep your information safe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.
9. Your rights
Under applicable Indian law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your personal information (name and email), where we’re not legally required to keep it
- Withdraw your consent to social media sharing
A published brand listing can’t be edited or deleted, as explained in our Terms. That doesn’t affect your right to correct or erase your personal data.

10. Links to other sites
Listings link to outside websites and videos. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please check their policies before sharing any information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. If you keep using Xyora after an update, that means you accept the new version.
