Rules & Regulations
Xyora works best when it’s fair, honest and safe for everyone. These rules explain what’s allowed and what isn’t. They are part of our Terms & Conditions, so please read them before you register or make a payment.
The simple version
- •No impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person, creator or company.
- •Fan pages must be clearly labelled “Unofficial”.
- •No spam, fake or duplicate listings. We may reject or remove them.
- •Only submit things you have the right to use.
- •Don’t try to cheat the ranking or the platform.
- •If you break the rules, we may remove your content, with no refund.
1. Who can list a brand
You can register a brand only if:
- You own it, run it, or have clear permission to represent it.
- No impersonation: Do not pretend to be another person, creator or company.
- Fan pages: Fan pages must be clearly labelled “Unofficial” or “Fan page”.
- The website you submit is real and works.
- Everything you submit is accurate and not misleading.
No spam, fake or duplicate listings: We may reject or remove them. One brand should have one listing for the same website. Please don’t create repeated or near-identical listings to take up extra space.
2. What you can submit
Brand details
A real brand name, a working website URL, a suitable category and an honest short description. Keep descriptions factual. No fake claims, fake awards, fake numbers or fake reviews.
Logo and banner
Images must be yours, or you must have permission to use them. They should clearly relate to your brand. Don’t use another brand’s logo, a celebrity’s face or copyrighted artwork without permission.
YouTube video
Only YouTube links are accepted. No other platforms and no file uploads. The video should relate to your brand, product or service. You should own the video or have permission to promote it.
Some videos can’t be embedded because their owner has restricted it. In that case, please choose a video that allows embedding. We can’t make a restricted video play.
3. What’s not allowed
Please don’t submit anything that is:
- Explicit, sexual or pornographic,
- Violent, graphic or shocking,
- Hateful, abusive or discriminatory,
- Illegal, or that promotes illegal activity, scams, fraud or counterfeit goods,
- Deceptive, misleading or defamatory,
- Harmful, such as malware, phishing or fake download links,
- A copy of someone else’s work, brand or identity,
- Copyright or trademark infringing.
We also don’t allow websites that lead to any of the above.
4. Ranking rules
- Ranking is based on contribution. A higher total contribution means a higher position.
- Positions change as others contribute. You can move up, and you can move down.
- All payments are in US dollars (USD). The minimum is $1 and the maximum is $999,999 per payment.
- Please don’t try to manipulate ranking with bots, scripts, fake accounts, stolen cards or any trick. If we find something suspicious, we may remove the affected content or listing.
- Supporting a brand is a voluntary contribution. It brings no ownership, return or special rights.
5. Payment rules
- Pay only with a payment method you’re authorised to use.
- Don’t make payments using stolen or unauthorised cards, or attempt fraudulent chargebacks.
- All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires it or where we have made a clear error, such as a duplicate charge. See our Terms for details.

6. Listings are permanent
Once registered, a listing stays on Xyora. We don’t offer editing or deletion, for anyone. Please check every detail carefully before you pay. If something is wrong, you can register again as a new listing, which needs a new payment.
7. Reporting and removal
- Anyone can report a listing they believe breaks these rules, using the Report button.
- To request removal for impersonation, rights violations, or legal complaints, write to xyora526@gmail.com. We aim to review requests within 72 hours.
- We review reports and may remove videos, images or content that break these rules or the law.
- We can remove content at any time, with or without notice.
- If a video is removed, the rest of your listing usually stays live. No refund is given for removed content.
- For serious or repeated breaches, we may remove the whole listing’s content.
8. Sharing on social media
If you tick the consent box at registration, we may share your video link on our X account (@xyora01). We share the link only and never re-upload your video.
It’s optional. Leaving it unticked doesn’t change your listing or rank. We don’t promise that any specific post will be made.
9. Talking about your Xyora listing
- You’re welcome to say, “We’re listed on Xyora.”
- Please don’t say or suggest that Xyora endorses, partners with, sponsors or recommends your brand.
- Please don’t claim a rank you don’t hold, and don’t present a paid placement as a ranking of quality.
10. Using the platform fairly
Please don’t:
- Try to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt Xyora,
- Misuse the Report button to harass or target other brands,
- Use Xyora for spam, scams or anything unlawful,
- Pretend to be someone else.
11. Our right to act
To keep Xyora safe and fair, we may, at our discretion:
- Remove or hide content that breaks these rules,
- Pause or stop new registrations or payments,
- Restrict access for anyone misusing the platform,
- Report illegal activity to the authorities.
Our decisions are made in good faith. If you think we got something wrong, write to us and we’ll take a look.
12. Changes to these rules
We may update these rules from time to time. We’ll change the effective date at the top when we do. Using Xyora after an update means you accept the new version.
